Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of BStalker (the "Service"), operated by Quest Home Furnishings LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

BStalker aggregates publicly visible liquidation-pallet listings from third-party marketplaces and presents them in a unified feed. We do not sell pallets, mediate transactions, or take a commission on sales. When you find a listing of interest, you click out to the source platform and transact there directly, under that platform's terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us at support@bstalker.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Unlimited) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds for partially used periods are not provided except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Service or its data;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk;
• use the Service to violate any law, the rights of others, or the terms of any source platform.

6. Source platform terms

Listings are surfaced from platforms such as B-Stock, Liquidation.com, GovDeals, and others. Your interaction with those platforms — including bidding, payment, shipping, and any disputes — is governed by their own terms, not ours. We make no warranty about listing accuracy, condition, or availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will reflect every available pallet on every source platform at every moment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed deals, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You can close your account from Settings → Danger zone at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service at material risk.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active accounts and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
